Mitsubishi Recall model ASX GA0W Wiper Motor

Mitsubishi Ireland is carrying out a voluntary recall of Mitsubishi ASX (GA0W) which were manufactured between 2010 -2014.

Mitsubishi have identified a safety issue whereby in the front wiper motor, the inside of the motor may corrode in case of the water ingress due to inappropriate water proof structure of the front deck. The wiper motor can be inoperative during rain what can result risk of causing an accident and serious injury of the driver, passengers and/or other people.

There are 466 Mitsubishi vehicles affected currently on the Irish market.
