House of Fraser recall Dickins and Jones Hot Water Bottles

House of Fraser would like to advise their customers who may have purchased the above named products that there is a high risk that the water bottles may leak when filled with hot water and excessive pressure is applied, this could result in burning of the skin, and may cause serious injury.

What to do:

House of Fraser are advising customers who have purchased either of these items from any House of Fraser store / website, to return the product to one of their stores for a full refund or Gift Card.

Alternatively, you can contact House of Fraser customer services team on 0044 345 602 1073 between Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, or Saturday and Sunday, 10am – 6pm,  who will arrange for a full refund or an e-voucher to be sent to you.
