Fiat Chrysler Automobiles recalls Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Ireland DAC is carrying out a voluntary recall of Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio models. The safety recall is due to an unintended acceleration when using the cruise control. The brake control software is to be updated.

The vehicles in question were manufactured between 31 March 2016 and 15 March 2019.

There were 27 affected vehicles placed on the Irish market.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Ireland DAC will contact all owners of affected vehicles in relation to this recall and advise of further steps.
