Decathlon is carrying out a recall of some SIMOND Probe Ski Touring 240cm / 280cm.

The product presents a risk of injury due to failure to operate as intended. An issue has been found that interferes with the full deployment of the probe. This defect may hinder or prevent effective use during search and rescue operations.

The brand is SIMOND. The Design/Conception code is 341132. The item code is 5698761 (240 cm) / 5715775 (280 cm).

There are approximately 10 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.

The product was sold from 01 September 2025 to 29 January 2026.

What to do:

Customers should stop using the product immediately.

Customers can return their product to their nearest Decathlon Store to receive a refund.
