DC Thomson Media recalls The Official Jacqueline Wilson Magazine Issue #172

DC Thomson Media is carrying out a voluntary recall of issue #172 of The Official Jacqueline Wilson Magazine.
The magazine was on sale between the 27th May and 4th June with approximately 1200 units distributed. This magazine and key charm was sold by Tesco, Supervalu, Spar, and Eason and may have been available for sale in other retailers and newsagents across Ireland.
A safety issue has been identified with the keychain charm included with the magazine. There is a risk of breakage which could result in exposed metal edges.
What to do:
If you have purchased magazine issue #172 with the affected keychain charm, discontinue the use of the product immediately. Keychain charm can then be either disposed of or you can return the keychain charm from issue #172 by requesting a pre-paid, stamped addressed envelope from DC Thomson Media, where they will re-issue you with an alternative cover mount gift.
