B&Q Recall Electric 3000W White Convector Heater

B&Q has identified a potential safety issue with the Electric 3000W White Convector Heater electrical heating product, whereby a very small number of samples have shown excessive heat build-up in the plug, leading to scorching or deformation of the plug itself.

Due to the risk associated with this heater, B&Q have taken a precautionary decision to recall this product, ELECTRIC 3000W WHITE TURBO CONVECTOR HEATER WITH TIMER Model: DL 18A. Product barcode number: 3663602910930.  This product was offered for sale by B&Q between August 2016 and March 2017

What to do:

If you have purchased this product, you should stop using it immediately and return it to your local store where a refund to the value of your purchase will be given. Alternatively, please contact their helpline: 1800 946 327*
