The risk reported is injury. If a child leans forward while using the swing, the swing can tilt, which can result in the child falling out of the swing and can lead to injury.

The brand is BERG. The article number is 20.21.11.00. The batch number is 250709-015565, which can be found at the bottom of the swing.

There are approximately 7 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The product was sold between 01 June 2025 and 14 August 2025.
