A safety issue has been identified with the following toy bow and arrows set which was available on the AliExpress platform.

A safety issue has been identified where the suction cups detach from the arrows, and a small child may put them in the mouth and choke.

Given the online availability of this product, it may have been sold to customers in the Republic of Ireland.
