This is dependent on the type and level of role. Usually, there are one to two rounds of interviews.
Our interviews are competency based, and we advise you use the STAR method. The STAR interview method is a convenient and easy-to-remember technique to help you answer interview questions. It gives you the opportunity to showcase your skills and suitability for the role by offering real-life examples of how you’ve used your skills.
- Situation: you need to describe the situation and give a context and background
- Task: describe the task you were set. If your story involves a team project, you must focus on what your specific role was
- Action: discuss the actions you took in your attempt to finish the task. Once again, stick to information about what you did rather than other members of the team. The goal is to showcase your skills
- Result: what was the final outcome? Whenever possible, give detailed and specific data
Some of our competencies are assessed using practical methods such as presentations, writing assignments and role plays. If this is the case, you will get plenty of notice to prepare for this.
We would like you to start as soon as possible. However, we realise that some people have longer notice periods, and we will work with you to come to a suitable arrangement.
Yes, we encourage candidates to apply for future roles.
