From Monday 3 April 2017, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) will be located at its new office in Bloom House, Railway Street, Dublin 1. All other contact details such as our phone numbers, email addresses and PO Box will stay the same.
The CCPC’s move to its new premises will take place from 31 March to 2 April. This will mean some minimal disturbance to our phone and IT systems on Friday 31 March.
Our consumer helpline is available as usual on 1890 432 432, until 6pm. There may be some minimal disruption to our main phone line on 01 402 5500 on Friday 31 March. However, this disruption will be for a limited time.
If you email us on Friday 31 March, there may be some short delays with receipt and responses to emails. Please be assured that your email will be date and time stamped as at the time it is received and we will respond to you from Monday 3 April.
