CCPC vehicle history research report March 2020


The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) commissioned Ipsos MRBI to conduct research in January 2020 into consumer behaviour, awareness, perceptions and attitudes when purchasing a used car, focussing on consumer access to information about the history of a used vehicle. Research was carried out across a nationally representative sample of 2,000 adults aged 15+.
