Important Notice to credit intermediaries acting on behalf of Bluestone Motor Finance Ireland DAC
Please be advised, Bluestone Motor Finance Ireland DAC was recently acquired by Close Brothers Group. As a result of this, Bluestone Motor Finance Ireland DAC are rebranding as Close Brothers Finance DAC trading as Close Brothers Motor Finance.
The CCPC are taking the following approach to implement this change, by updating the effected authorisations as they fall due for renewal. An updated letter of recognition will also be requested at the renewal stage.
There is no impact on your current Credit Intermediary Authorisation during this transitional period. As a direct result of the merger between Bluestone Motor Finance Ireland DAC and Close Brothers Group you are fully recognised as an authorised credit intermediary acting on behalf of Close Brothers Finance DAC trading as Close Brothers Motor Finance.
