Port Holdco, Inc.	Port Holdco, Inc. ("Presidio") is solely controlled by investment funds affiliated with or managed by BC Partners. Presidio is a global services provider that sells integrated information technology (IT) solutions in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific relating to IT infrastructure optimisation and security.
