The CCPC served a Compliance Notice on the trader, directing it to remedy the contravention identified on the website www.dublinmintoffice.ie by removing any term that had been assessed as unfair by the CCPC, or to amend the terms to bring them into compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
