Compliance Notice - The Dublin Mint Office Limited
The Dublin Mint Office Limited (‘the trader’) was found, when inspecting the trader’s website, https://www.dublinmintoffice.ie, to have contravened the relevant legislation by failing to provide, before the consumer is bound by a distance contract, certain information in relation to cancellation rights and information on the existence of a legal obligation on the trader to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract as set out in Schedule 3 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
The CCPC served a Compliance Notice on the trader, which took effect on 7 November 2025, directing it to cease the contravention of the relevant legislation on the website. The trader was also required, when entering distance contracts with consumers, to comply with the relevant legislation.
