Kylemore Cars

In September 2017 the CCPC took enforcement action against Kylemore Cars following a complaint from a consumer about a Ford Kuga car bought in June. The car developed engine problems and after being examined by another car dealership, was deemed unroadworthy. The CCPC investigation found that Kylemore Cars had engaged in an unfair commercial practice and a misleading commercial practice.
Kylemore Cars agreed to compensate the consumer and the car was returned to Kylemore Cars. The CCPC accepted an agreement and undertaking from the company.
