Learn about our recent enforcement actions

We have just published our latest Consumer Protection List which contains details of enforcement actions that we have taken against businesses for breaches of consumer protection law from July 2014 to December 2014. The breaches occurred across a wide variety of businesses around the country, from national chains to local independent traders. Most breaches relate to misleading pricing or failure to display prices.
