Grocery Goods Undertakings Annual Compliance Reporting

Under the Grocery Goods Regulations (Regulations) all Relevant Grocery Goods Undertakings (RGGUs) are required to submit an annual compliance report to the CCPC detailing their compliance with these Regulations.

RGGUs are required to submit the first annual compliance report no later than 31 March each year. A copy of the template report can be viewed here. The report is accompanied by the above guidance to assist RGGUs in completing the annual compliance reports.
